Shipping policy

Order processing time is 3-4 business days prior to shipment. We only ship to the USA. All orders are shipped through USPS First Class Package. Free shipping is offered on orders of $75+ which will automatically be applied at checkout. A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment.

Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and USPS rates. During holiday seasons, prices will increase for shipping with USP.

We are not responsible for USPS delays due to COVID-19. 

Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. We are not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being entered at the time of ordering. 

We are not responsible for lost packages. Once we give the package to the USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with your local USPS prior to emailing us about your order to discuss further action.

We are not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. We package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us at the email lene_20_len@yahoo.com with a photo and the order number and we will determine if the product is replaceable. You will be responsible for shipping.
